How Do I Enroll? You will need to complete two processes:
- Complete the form shared with you by your teacher.
- Requires a signature from student as well as high school principal and parent.
- MUST include name, CA resident address AND FRC Student ID number (9 digit number starting with 900) OR Application number (8 digit number starting with 3 or maybe 4)
- Apply to FRC online to get a Student ID (or at least an application number).

STEP 1 – You can navigate through the FRC Website by clicking the green “Apply” button in the top right corner of the page, then selecting “Apply Here” under “New or Returning FRC Students”, NOT under High School Students. Alternatively, you can Follow this link.
STEP 2 – Create a CCC Apply Account, this will allow you apply and enroll in CA Community Colleges across the state.

- Credential – Set a Password
Note: If you have previously taken a course at another CA Community College, you may already have a CCC Apply Account. You can retrieve a forgotten password, with account email info.
STEP 3 – Once you have a CCC Apply account, hit the blue “Sign In” button to submit an application to enroll at Feather River College.

- INFO NEEDED FOR APPLICATION – Basic contact and Demographic Info and Social Security Number
- A few notes – When you get to the ID ME section you can scroll down and choose to SKIP ID ME.
- Application Sections – There are no wrong answers, but you do need to submit something for all the questions. BUT . . .PARENTS – WE NEED STUDENTS’ INFO NOT YOUR INFO!

STEP 4 – Review and SUBMIT Application. The last page of the application is a Submission Page you MUST scroll down to the bottom of this page and click the buttons with a few acknowledgements AND hit the big blue “Submit” button at the bottom of the page OR you application will never be received by Feather River College.
STEP 5 – Upon submission of your application you should be shown an 8-digit application number that starts with a 3 (or maybe of 4). YOU MUST write this number on the hardcopy application form.
STEP 6 – Within 30 minutes of submitting your application you should receive an email with and FRC student ID number (SID). This will be a 9-digit number starting with 900. If you receive this email, write down the number in the top right corner of the hardcopy application form. IMPORTANT – So high school student application get caught in a “fraud” folder, but as long as the you form includes your application number, our Admissions and Records team can find your application and enroll you in the course.
STEP 7 – Fill out the Highs School Co-Enrollment Form
- Use Application Number AND FRC Student ID Number if possible) – NOT a high school student ID number.
- Get Signature from Parent or Guardian, High School Principal and Student.
STEP 8 – Return forms to your teacher, who will email them to Diane Dealey Neill dianedealeyneill@gmail.com.
STEP 9 – Students will be enrolled via the FRC Admission and Records Office.
