Please take a minute to look over this team reservation form so that you know what information you need to complete it.
RESERVATION FORMS ARE DUE BY SEPTEMBER 30 so we can start setting up your event sessions.
A final registration form is due one week prior to the start of your preferred session and will be made available before event sessions start.
TEACHERS: If your district policy restricts you from sharing students’ email addresses, you may put your own email instead. We ask for this information in order to distribute event materials to students individually through Google Classroom. HOWEVER, that means you will be responsible for distributing study and event materials to participating students in a timely manner. You may also be responsible for team test answer and presentation submission(s).
