Please take a minute to look over this team registration form so that you know what information you need to complete it.
REGISTRATION FORMS ARE DUE 1 week before your event session begins. Please submit Release Forms for students at this time as well.
TEACHERS: If your district policy restricts you from sharing students’ email addresses, you may put your own email instead. We ask for this information in order to distribute event materials to students individually through Google Classroom. HOWEVER, that means you will be responsible for distributing study and event materials to participating students in a timely manner. You may also be responsible for team test answer and presentation submission(s).
